We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive with an Accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. Additionally, the Account Executive will be expected to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, in order to effectively communicate with clients about our accounting software products and services.


Position Duties:

  • Mainly focusing on addressing incoming prospect queries on our chat channel and on our hotline
  • Supporting the outbound process by booking calls for the outbound team
  • May be required to help on other sales channels and missions such as cold-calling, reactivating leads and upselling
  • Building reports/dashboards on their KPIs and tracking there performances over time
  • Constantly on the lookout for new revenue opportunities, networking and partnerships with strategic players.
  • Build and adapt sales strategies to meet customer and business needs.
  • Drive Sleek’s revenue growth by over-achieving KPIs and milestones.
  • Improve existing lead acquisition channels in conjunction with internal teams.
  • Identify product development opportunities through customer feedback and experiences.



  • A minimum of 3-5 years working with external clients, with a proven track record selling complex products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience (experience in the accounting software industry is a PLUS)
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Hubspot or any similar CRM software
