We’re on the look-out for a Business Development Manager to join our SaaS Revenue Team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will focus on driving Commonplace’s new business growth, building our portfolio of mid market customers in the UK.
Commonplace connects people with the places where they live, work or play. Our customers, typically working in the built environment (real estate developers, housing associations, local government, rail & energy companies, architects and planners), host inclusive conversations on Commonplace to create trusted collaborations and co-design, which improve the quality of life and fabric of neighbourhoods.
We know that our product delivers extraordinary engagement from communities, and insights to our customers. We’ve launched over 2000 Commonplaces and reached 7m people across the UK and a few 100ks abroad. We’re growing fast, as are the expectations of our communities and customers.
In order to unlock our next phase of growth, this role will help develop new relationships and build commercial growth within the built environment. We’re super excited about this opportunity to extend our reach, deliver greater impact and we’re ready to power up our team.
As a high performing sales professional, you’ll utilise your strategic sales experience and knowledge to run consultative sales engagements, closing business across the built environment sector: real estate developers, housing associations, local government, rail & energy companies, architects and planners.
