Business Solutions Analyst

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Business Solutions Analyst in our Cybersecurity team at Danone. As a key player in our organization, you will contribute to our local and global cybersecurity objectives, making a significant impact on our business operations.

Reporting to the Head of IT Governance and Cybersecurity, you will be part of CEN IT team, responsible for cybersecurity in Poland, Nordics, Baltics and Eastern Europe.



As the Business Solutions Analyst Cybersecurity and Governance, you will be responsible for:

  • Set and execute the local Cybersecurity roadmap, aligning it with our global objectives to ensure the identification, protection, detection, response, and recovery of our systems and data.
  • Act as a technical security advisor for both our business and IT departments, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Perform security assessments and risk analysis for new solutions, ensuring they meet our security policies, processes, standards, and procedures.
  • Drive risk mitigation efforts for existing solutions, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
  • Advise on available technology and solution standards in areas such as network, authentication, data processing, and management.
  • Address security threats promptly, collaborating with our Infrastructure team and end users to resolve issues.
  • Handle security incidents and take ownership of IT Cybersecurity Crisis management.
  • Support IT audits and collaborate with Compliance & Legal teams on GDPR and compliance matters.
  • Oversee third-party penetration testing, including vendor management, testing scope definition, report analysis, and mitigation plan preparation.
  • Drive a security awareness roadmap, promoting best practices and ensuring a strong security culture.
  • Lead end-to-end phishing campaigns, preparing and executing initiatives to enhance employee awareness.
  • Represent the cybersecurity stream within the vendor management process, ensuring compliance and security requirements are met.
  • Manage local cyber tools and act as the main local point of contact for Global IT Cybersecurity teams, effectively representing IT Security to key business stakeholders.



You will gain a great success in this role if:

  • You have good knowledge of Cybersecurity Operations and industry standards frameworks (ISO, NIST)
  • You have good understanding of risk assessment and risk management topics
  • You have an ability to address complex topics involving multiple parties
  • You are proactive, able to adapt to change, and think out-of-the-box
  • You have working knowledge of security assessments
  • You’re interested in cybersecurity
  • You have experience in complex international environment
  • You have good communication and stakeholders management skills
  • You are able to keep the IT messages clear leaving a transparent picture in minds of key business stakeholders
  • You are able to work from the office in Warsaw twice a week
