Reporting to: Head of Growth, dotted line to Head of Brand

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership & Innovation: Spearhead the production of captivating paid social creatives that not only stop the scroll but deeply resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the founders and Head of Growth, contributing to the brand’s holistic vision.
  • Content Creation: Regularly ideate, plan, and produce video assets, especially focusing on user-generated content angles.
  • Agency & Partner Management: Collaborate with and manage external creative agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with WUKA’s ambitious creative vision.
  • Systematic Testing: Design and implement a robust ad testing process in collaboration with our growth manager.
  • User Research: Engage in consistent user research to ensure our creatives reflect our audience’s needs and aspirations.
  • Platform Expertise: Oversee the ad creatives library, stay updated with new ad formats, campaign types, and maintain a comprehensive understanding of various ad platforms to inform creative strategies. Manage our email content and create brilliant promotional emails.
  • Insightful Collaboration: Work closely with our Science Lead and Content Writer, gleaning insights to deepen understanding of users’ jobs to be done and refining our brand’s execution.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct-to-consumer digital products.
  • A hands-on approach to creative strategy with a passion for excellence and impact.
  • Proficiency in leveraging Meta and TikTok trends for paid social campaigns.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a focus on driving sales.
  • A curious mind with a strong inclination towards understanding user psychology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Collaborative spirit with a knack for cross-functional projects.
  • Genuine compassion, empathy, and interest in mental health.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest tools, techniques, and trends in the industry.
