Ritual is searching for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead a paid marketing program in close collaboration with marketing channel managers. The Director will join our Growth Team that’s responsible for acquiring customers and driving customer economics. You are creative, curious, not afraid to think out of the box, and a fantastic team player. You will report to the VP Growth, manage a team of growth marketers, and work cross-functionally with other teams including creative, brand, consumer insights, digital product, customer lifecycle and more.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop an A+ growth marketing team across channels including paid social, paid search, influencer, podcasts, affiliates and more
  • Obsess over data to lead optimizations and look for new opportunities to grow marketing spend
  • Guide creative output across channels that improve performance and follow brand standards
  • Partner and build relationships with our teams to achieve success within the Growth Team, and across the organization
  • Partner and build relationships with external teams who help contribute to the success of our program
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, marketing trends, and new channel features
  • Look for new ways to acquire customers across the business

What you’ll need:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, and 2 years managing a high performing cross-channel teams
  • Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer business metrics (CPA, LTV, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Suite products (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc)
  • Relationships-driven, data driven.
  • Natural collaborator
  • Creative and ideas-oriented


Compensation and Benefits:

  • PAY RANGE: $136,000 – $195,000
  • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on several factors, which may include your skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. You will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. You will have also be eligible for equity and great benefits +401k+unlimited PTO – see our list of perks/ benefits below.
