Your Super is hiring for a Head of Marketing to oversee our global brand, growth and customer lifecycle marketing. In this role, you’ll lead omni-channel marketing strategy and execution to build Your Super into a global leader in wellness. You’ll report directly to our CEO with a dotted line into The Healing Company CMO, and sit on the executive leadership team, driving strategic business decisions and overall company growth. This position involves both developing marketing strategies and implementing them, while also promoting a sense of shared goals and purpose, and inspiring a powerful marketing team.



  • Lead global brand and go to market strategy, vision, and positioning for Your Super and its products
  • Manage and inspire a team of high-performance marketers across brand, growth, community, e-commerce, and design, as well as the organizational growth strategy for the marketing and community teams
  • Own the marketing P&L and forecast for DTC channels (website and Amazon)
  • Build a deep understanding of our target customer and their needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to launch products and experiences that build customer love and loyalty
  • Oversee efficient, brand accretive go-to-market campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels to drive new user growth, LTV, and retention
  • Drive decisions rooted at the intersection of data and brand and distribute key marketing analyses for the business
  • Partner closely with global sales organization to drive retail, trade, and shopper marketing strategy and implementation
  • Manage agencies and create impactful programs across public relations, social, partnerships and events to build brand awareness and create evangelists
  • Partner with other marketing leaders across The Healing Company community of brands to share learnings and identify and execute on partnership opportunities



  • 10+ years of experience of marketing experience; global, F&B and/or health and wellness experience a strong plus
  • A proven leader with 4+ years of management experience, plus a track record of scaling and leading global, diverse marketing teams
  • A structured thinker, with demonstrated ability to design and execute go to market strategies that scale and leverage brand as a business growth lever
  • Center-brained leader capable of cultivating brand love through evocative storytelling while also architecting a deeply tech & quant-oriented engine to fuel efficient LTV:CAC growth
  • Strong grasp of consumer insights and a customer-centric mindset, with a deep desire to understand our customers’ motivations and experience
  • Strong understanding of when and how to work with freelancers and agencies to get the best output (and when to bring work in-house)
  • A data-driven mindset with the focus on building, tracking, and achieving KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
