About the Role:

The Email Marketing Specialist is a vital role for the TOMS Americas eCommerce business, on the Performance Marketing/CRM team. This role leads all creation, testing, and scheduling of daily email marketing and SMS messages. The Email Marketing Specialist builds email and SMS messages and coordinates content in partnership with our Web Merchandising and Creative teams. This role is responsible for implementing CRM A/B testing strategies including creative, segmentation, subject lines and send times. This role will also be responsible for building all eCommerce promotions in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and will also assist with Loyalty Program Management. The right candidate for this role thrives under a nimble environment and able to meet fluctuating deadlines as part of a busy direct to consumer business.


What You’ll Do:

  • Marketing email template management, email and SMS build and launch. .
  • Build, manage, organize, QA and troubleshoot all eCommerce promotions.
  • Implement email and SMS A/B testing including creative, segmentation, subject lines and send times, for example.
  • Manage email file production – slicing images, uploading to server and work with digital asset manager to maintain creative files.
  • Assist with Loyalty program management.


What You Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in email design (Sketch/Photoshop preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in HTML coding for email
  • 1+ years of Web Analytics experience is required (Google Analytics preferred)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and display follow through and initiative
  • Experience with Email and SMS marketing in fashion/retail (Listrak preferred)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required
  • Commitment to making kindness in business a standard

  • $72,000 – $78,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus based on the company’s performance
