WE ARE LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIALLY DRIVEN MARKETING MANAGER WITH CREATIVE FLAIR WHO IS PASSIONATE ABOUT FASHION, CULTURE, ART AND STORYTELLING OF OUR BRAND PROJECTS ACROSS ALL CUSTOMER TOUCHPOINTS.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

The candidate will require knowledge of key marketing platforms and the ability to identify and track relevant marketing metrics – with a core understanding of website traffic, online customer engagement and offline retail experience.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging brand projects on and offline. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills. Ultimately, you should be able to translate our brand DNA across all projects and platforms.

Responsibilities ahead of you:

  • Work with the Marketing Director to reflect the core brand DNA across all customer touch points – overseeing Marketing strategy across sales channels (ecommerce, retail and wholesale)
  • Manage key partnerships and execute international projects to the highest standard across 7 key markets (Scandi region, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands), working alongside internal teams and external agencies to ensure our brand is represented in line with our core principles.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning of marketing activations across the EMEA region with a localised approach to achieve growth, customer acquisition and brand relevance
  • Deploy and create successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, as well as report on performance and ROI
  • Oversee retail eventing calendar and management of all activations (including store openings)
  • Manage the wholesale tracker and external relationships with key accounts in Europe
  • Develop, execute and maintain/own seasonal content calendars, including the 360
  • EMEA calendar and work analytically in planning wider marketing initiatives, aligning special projects with key brand objectives
  • Manage briefs and work closely with our creative team to create engaging assets to support campaigns across all relevant platforms
  • Work closely with channel owners to deliver effective brand awareness campaigns, traffic, and localised content (incl. Performance marketing, CRM, ecom, retail, wholesale, social media)
  • Set and implement campaigns to align with marketing strategies and maintain brand consistency for marketing promotion, both online and offline.
  • Oversee the Marketing budget and invoicing process, working closely with vendors and finance team
  • Be a brand ambassador on and offline – building relationships with customers, prospective customers and industry professionals
  • Discover newness and stay up-to-date with digital technology and trends
  • Required to travel to Copenhagen when needed for fashion weeks as well as other European markets
  • Manage a team of 2 – a marketing coordinator and a marketing assistant

 

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Have proven experience in marketing, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the sector
  • Have worked in a regional role overseeing European markets
  • Have a sensibility towards the Fashion and Luxury sector
  • Ability to identify and track relevant metrics – core understanding of website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Highly organised and driven with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Knowledge of marketing channels
  • Be passionate about digital technologies
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and across a team
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • An understanding of the online interactive experience
  • Experience working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
  • Solutions-focused approach
