About the role

We’ve grown rapidly since launching just our first product just over a year ago and are now aiming to efficiently accelerate that growth further, and take the next step on our journey. We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Growth Marketer who can help us do just that.

You’ll report into the Head of Growth, and be responsible for managing and growing some of our key channels, such as Meta, as well as working on discovering, proving out, and scaling new channels and opportunities.

We want someone who has a great blend of creative and analytical thinking – someone who can get into the data to understand a problem or find an opportunity, but can also put themselves in the customers shoes and get creative about solutions and messaging. Above all, we’re looking for a growth mindset, someone who is highly driven to succeed, a curious and fast learner, who can break down obstacles and take the initiative.

A bit about you

  • A proven track record of driving growth through paid social, in particular via creative strategy.
  • A proven track record of driving significant growth through another channel, such as Google Ads, Conversion Rate Optimisation, Influencer, Affiliate, Print etc.
  • Highly comfortable with data – can use data tools to produce detailed reports that generate real insight.
  • Demonstrable use of test and learn methodology to grow a channel.
  • Experience in Ecommerce/D2C, in a startup environment, is highly desirable.
