About the role

As our new Head of Consumer Marketing, you’ll accelerate the capture of growth opportunities and opening spaces for Nutrilon and Olvarit brands. You’ll develop the category and strengthen the market position by driving demand of consumers in various channels. Your collaborative working style will create ability to seek win-win situations both internally and externally.

What will you be responsible for:

  • Build the Specialized Nutrition Consumer brands & local brand strategy to generate consumer demand and achieve the objectives for growth and brand trust;
  • Manage all Consumer Marketing activities for the Nutricia, Nutrilon and Olvarit brands in close collaboration with the global team;
  • Develop & grow a high-performing team and together with them execute the annual category/brand plans;
  • Product & portfolio management, innovation & communication;
  • Connect with various parties to identify trends in early life nutrition and transforming them into business impact to build and maintain the market leadership in the Netherlands;
  • Direct to consumer and patient connection through the consumer and medical careline.



Leading a team is a second nature to you. You know how to build a strategy and have extended marketing experience (7-10 years) in the Dutch FMCG market. On top of that? You’re a strong manager with leadership experience who is able to bring knowledge outside in. You have an affinity to nutrition and health and enjoy the idea of being able to positively influence people´s health and wellbeing.

You’ll bring the following:

  • WO level education and strong experience in a strategic marketing leadership position
  • Fluent written and spoken Dutch & English
  • Strong analytical, ‘out-of-the-box’ & innovative thinking skills
  • Experience in innovation management
