Ritual’s Influencer Marketing Associate will be responsible for sourcing, executing, and reporting on Instagram influencer partnerships. You will source net new partnerships monthly with the goal of building successful influencer relationships that drive best in class creative and meet our internal business goals. They’re comfortable with outreach, negotiation, content review, and reporting. You can think strategically and are able to use data for strong decision making. Creatively, they are able to think of new ways to market Ritual to influencers and through influencers. Analytically, they’re comfortable utilizing data to draw insights and identify opportunities to optimize. You will be joining a dynamic marketing team and will be counted on to contribute your ideas and help develop & execute Ritual’s unique and highly engaging approach


What You’ll Do:

  • Source and execute influencer partnerships on Instagram (primarily) with the goal of driving new customer acquisition
  • Review and share feedback on influencer content that optimizes conversion and meets regulatory requirements
  • Manage and optimize long-term influencer partnerships (6-12 months) to consistently meet internal growth goals
  • Report on individual influencer partnerships and utilize data to draw channel-level insights Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Ads team to help source influencer content for paid media

  • Student of pop culture. You have an innate passion for influencers, celebrities, communications and social media. You have a good handle on current trending influencers and emerging influencers and pop culture
  • Analytical. You’re informed by data and understand how to utilize quantitative information to support impactful decisions
  • Self Driven. You’re self-motivated, highly proactive and demonstrate an ability to work autonomously while anticipating the needs of the team
  • Results Oriented. You’re highly aware of how the actions you take ladder up to the end result.
  • Communicator. You have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills and understand the power of having the right people tell a story. You’ll be able to engage influencers through a creative narrative that is interesting and compelling for them to share with genuine excitement
  • Organized. You have an uncanny ability to successfully juggle multiple projects at once and manage your time well
  • Collaborative. You work well with others. Both within your own team and cross-functionally.


What You Need:

  • Education: Undergraduate degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in acquisition-focused influencer marketing.
  • Technical: Must be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets. Past experience with platforms Aspire and Salesforce.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • PAY RANGE:  $45,000 – $72,000
  • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc – see our list of perks/ benefits below.
