We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to oversee and grow our program. The primary responsibilities are to develop and grow relationships with influencers on social media to drive brand and product awareness across social platforms and to generate content for all marketing channels.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing influencers in-house or through an agency. This person needs to be very organized and have an eye for detail, be both creative and data driven, with a passion for social media and influencer marketing. It’s very important that this person is up to date on content creator and influencer trends, with a focus on the male audience. This position requires strong relationship skills and excellent communication abilities, with a deep understanding of all social platforms.



  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns to grow brand awareness and social presence.
  • Oversee and continuously evolve influencer initiatives to maximize reach, create compelling content, and drive website and retail traffic and sales.
  • Identify and engage influencers to join the ambassador program.
  • Manage organic and paid influencer collaborations and product gifting with creators from 10k to 1M+
  • Keep current on social media and influencer trends and quickly identify ways for Every Man Jack to participate
  • Master the Every Man Jack voice to build and maintain relationships with all content creators and influencers
  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns for new product launches and seasonal initiatives.
  • Analyze and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on influencer performance and analyze in relation to competitors.
  • Promote Every Man Jack’s purpose to inspire men to take care of themselves and connect to the world around them by living the EMJ values and considering the social and environmental impact of all business decisions that you own or support.



Candidates must be passionate, organized, and love developing personal care, grooming, or skin care products. This person is highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. While this candidate loves timelines and getting organized, this person has a remarkable ability to remain calm and flexible in the fast-paced, changing world of product development in a high growth environment. The ideal candidate will be an intelligent team player – someone approachable with a positive, innovative and professional attitude who works smarter, not harder and takes on a “sleeves-rolled-up” and a “can-do” attitude when faced with challenges. A true ambassador for EMJ, both internally and externally.



  • At least 4 years of experience managing influencer relationships at an agency or brand
  • Passion for social media and content creation
  • Experience working with a male targeted product
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and information clearly.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with influencers and negotiating skills
  • Experience analyzing data, reporting insights and devising/implementing social strategies and programs.
  • Proven track record for achieving results and driving projects
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with excellent prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
