Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission is to ensure the attainment of Climeworks’ sales goals and keep the sales process moving by supporting the team in managing the sales funnel efficiently.
  • You work cross-functionally at Climeworks with interactions in Sales, Legal and Finance.
  • You handle, prioritize and answer our inbound sales channel.
  • You manage Climeworks’ CRM and ERP systems throughout the entire sales cycle. Specific duties include keeping systems up-to-date by logging new customer details, orders and offers (quotes), and continuously assuring our data quality utilizing the CRM system to support the region’s sales strategy.
  • You support senior sales managers on key projects, including requests for proposals (RFP’s), presentations, communication campaigns, activation on customer portals, etc.
  • You are the key internal and external point of contact for sales administration topics.

 

Your story

Requirements
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business management or in a related field.
  • You have 1 – 3 years’ experience in administrative sales roles and possibly have the ambition to evolve into a sales manager as a future career step.
  • You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • You have the ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, have a structured working style and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
  • You enjoy supporting a team to reach new heights and want to contribute to bringing Climeworks to market.
  • You are a very good communicator and like to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English. German is not required but is a plus.
