We’re on the look-out for a Marketing Executive to join our SaaS Revenue Team. Reporting to the VP Revenue, this role will focus on supporting Commonplace’s customers to maximise their impact.
Commonplace connects people with the places where they live, work or play. Our customers, typically working in the built environment (real estate developers, housing associations, local government, rail & energy companies, architects and planners), host inclusive conversations on Commonplace to create trusted collaborations and co-design, which improve the quality of life and fabric of neighbourhoods.
We know that our product delivers extraordinary engagement from communities, and insights to our customers. We’ve launched over 2000 Commonplaces and reached 7m people across the UK and a few 100ks abroad. We’re growing fast, as are the expectations of our communities and customers.
In order to unlock our next phase of growth, this role will help us to attract new leads for growth by strengthening our brand position, delivering digital marketing campaigns and event marketing. We’re super excited about this opportunity to extend our reach, deliver greater impact and we’re ready to power up our team.
You will manage and coordinate the demand generation campaign calendar. This will include top-of-funnel performance marketing campaigns that generate new leads, and email nurture campaigns that convert those leads to qualified prospects. You will create and maintain all ‘always on’ email campaigns to ensure our leads are nurtured and kept warm.
To support demand generation, you will also have ownership of the activity calendar, making data based decisions on which campaigns and events will support our demand generation goals.
You’ll work with the rest of the marketing team to support lifecycle marketing campaigns, to educate, engage and support growth in our existing customer base. This will require building strong relationships with the product team, and account management team to identify near term opportunities whilst we work as a team to build out a longer term strategy.
You will be required to partner closely with the rest of the marketing team, the sales development and business development teams to ensure that these campaigns and events achieve business objectives.
You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to proactively manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet tight deadlines. We’re looking for an innovative, flexible and collaborative team player, who works well in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
