Job Summary: 

As the EMEA Marketing Intern, you will support the EMEA Marketing Team with day-to-day operations, in the fields of Social Media, PR, Brand and Wholesale marketing management. You will help execute brand and product marketing plans aligned to our EMEA wide network. This means localizing Global marketing initiatives in the EMEA region across channels and markets (included but not limited to impact/brand, products campaigns, and collaborations).

This role is a unique opportunity to gain experience within a social enterprise, understanding the balance between brand, commerciality, and purpose.

 

What you’ll do: 

Assist the Brand Manager:

  • You will manage and brief the creation of regional marketing assets to support marketing initiatives, in collaboration with EMEA channels (Paid, Organic Social, Wholesale, PR, Influencer, Email and Web).
  • Create, review and translate copy (working with our external translation agency)
  • Administrative duties and report creation

Assist the Wholesale marketing manager:

  • Manage the collation and curation of all product and brand digital assets for our B2B partners

Assist the Influencer and Content Marketing manager:

  • Support our influencer program, specifically, responsible for organizing the seeding packages and identifying prospectus influencers

Assist the PR Manager:

  • Maintain an up-to-date PR calendar
  • Support on the creation of presentations for the PR agencies

 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Fluent in an additional language; German, Dutch or French (preferred but not necessary)
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent project management skills, stakeholder management and communication required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to create presentations and numerical sheets on Google Docs and Microsoft packages
  • Curious, enthusiastic, team-player
  • Comfortable working on tight deadlines with sense of urgency and precision
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience in basic tools (resize or crop) on Adobe Photoshop (preferred but not necessary)

 

Requirements:

  • Based in Amsterdam or able to commute to Amsterdam 2 days a week (no relocation)
  • At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited (Dutch) college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program
  • or must have graduated within 6 months
  • or currently participating in another relevant internship program.
