Role overview:

We’re looking for a talented Paid Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Performance marketing and working in partnership with our regional marketing leaders, you will help define our paid marketing strategy and manage our campaigns on a day-to-day basis across SEM, social and video. This will include managing budgets, optimising campaigns, reporting on performance and implementing new innovative experiments to improve performance and drive growth.



Account Management

  • Execute & optimise PPC, Paid Social and retargeting campaigns across multiple countries
  • Managing campaigns on Google Ads, FB/IG, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.
  • Conduct regular keyword research and campaign audits to identify new audiences and opportunities
  • Manage large campaign budgets & adjust bids to optimise the ROI
  • Maximise the opportunity of automated campaigns, including PMax campaigns


  • Define, build & implement scalable paid campaigns using a hypothesis-led approach to test, learn and iterate.
  • Strong focus on driving new customer acquisition at target CAC
  • Ensure that campaigns are aligned across multiple channels
  • Stay abreast with SEM trends, techniques and constantly looking to test new channels

Reporting and Analysis

  • Track daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s to identify opportunities
  • Report back to the marketing team and wider business
  • Creative and analytical mindset and must have a data driven approach

Ad Copy and Landing Pages

  • Apply best practice to landing page design across devices and conversion optimisation
  • Produce engaging, clear & concise copy for campaigns in English
  • Continuously test new ad copies, creatives, landing pages



Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Performance marketing manager, PPC Manager, Search Manager, or similar
  • Proven track record of growing PPC operations for a tech/ecommerce business or an agency across multiple countries
  • Experience with managing campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Business, Linkedin
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO and channel attribution
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with managing & testing tags on GTM
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field


  • Able to use SQL to manage data and automate reports
  • Script management and implementation
  • International and B2B experience
  • Experience with Hubspot and Tableau
