CLOSED – Profitable Revenue Growth Management Lead

About the role

The PRGM lead will drive the development of sustainable and profitable value growth at Danone by setting up our Profitable Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) function. Reporting to the Head of Category and Channel Development, your primary focuses will be on the levers of pricing, promo, mix management & trade terms and will look to understand what it takes to drive profitable growth and how we can optimise it.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Establishing the Revenue Growth Management function and setting up ways of working, key processes, consistent modelling, and strategic platforms to embed PRGM into the business.
  • Deliver the 3-year pricing strategy and ambition with alignment to brand strategies.
  • Partner with the category team to standardise our approach to promotional analyst with vital metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and the Sales Director to map out our evolution of trade terms and conditionality.
  • Lead the CPI planning, process coordinating and reconciling inputs across teams.



As a skilled collaborator, you have experience working closely to the senior leadership team as well as multiple cross functional teams and global stakeholders. You will bring to the table your strong commercial acumen, astute strategic thinking and will demonstrate the value mindset that we want to embed across the business.

Ideally you will have:

  • Strong communication, influencing and engagement skills with diverse senior stakeholders.
  • A minimum of 6 years’ experience in key commercial roles within FMCG via Finance, Sales or Category.
  • Degree qualification in business, finance or similar.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • High level of analytical capability.
