ELEMIS are recruiting for a Social Media Assistant to support the Social team in developing and engaging the ELEMIS UK community. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking for a career in social media marketing, and ideally with some experience within social media content creation. You’ll be supporting on the day-to-day running of the UK owned social channels, crafting a compelling social content calendar brimming with educational and trend-led content, and be the go-to brand contact for our Skinsiders community. We are looking for a passionate skincare lover, who constantly consumes social content on TikTok, and Instagram and keeps on top of all trends – someone who is willing to learn and support the Social & PR team.


What Will You Do?

  • Monitor the ELEMIS UK social media channels with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, plus any new channels, and engage with the ELEMIS community ensuring that all queries are responded to by the Customer Care team in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Be the voice of the community, sharing insights across the wider team.
  • Support on the day-to-day running of the ELEMIS Skinsiders community, brainstorming tasks to then set and solving any issues they may have.
  • Handle all daily posting across the social channels
  • Brainstorm and support the execution of engaging, trending social content that amplifies our brand.
  • Create and manage creative briefs, ensuring they’re backed by insights and analytics.
  • Share social media trends, best practices, platform updates and competitor activity cross-functionally
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly reports


The Perfect Candidate:

  • Strong work experience within a social media position preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the UK social media landscape
  • Genuine passion for the beauty industry
