About the Role:

Dr. Squatch’s International Strategy team is growing as we continue to expand the reach our unique brand. The Strategy Manager will help us identify and launch new target markets, while optimizing our performance in existing markets. This is a great opportunity to work crossfunctionally, engaging with strategy teams across the company and helping shape the path of international growth for Dr. Squatch.

This role will report to the Head of International.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA. Remote candidates will be considered, in exceptional circumstances.

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $110,000 to $130,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Determine the long-term strategy for Dr. Squatch to grow its international business.
  • Review and manage international financial performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Dr. Squatch teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and launch new markets/channels.

 

About You:

  • 3-6 years in experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or business analytics roles
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling
  • Strategic thinker with a willingness to both design the “30K foot strategy”, and then lead the execution to “bring it to life”
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working in international eCommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and/or retail fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is highly preferred
  • Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
  • Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
  • Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
  • Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
  • Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
