As a Supplier Governance Manager you’ll support our Digital MT owners and together manage the Ecosystem of strategic partners and other supplier relationships by providing data and insights on supplier and partner performance.

 

What you’ll do

  • Defines the supplier strategy together with Digital MT.
  • Works with our key partners to measure and optimize supplier lifecycle performance, relationship health, and business value consistently across the Digital Organization.
  • Maintains in close collaboration with IMS Procurement the Sourcing agenda of the Digital Organization.
  • Work closely together with IMS and Legal teams on these digital supplier contracts, Sourcing & Licensing and facilitates where needed IMS in the active sourcing processes
  • Facilitation of new initiatives which leads to and generates input into sourcing decisions.
  • Lead and prepare the key supplier meetings, like quarterly review meetings together with the Digital MT and other stakeholders. This combined with monitoring the follow-up actions.

 

Your qualifications

  • 10 years+ experience in supplier management, and supplier performance management
  • At least 5 year(s) experience in progressive professional roles involving Digital, Information Technology and/or IT management in relation to external suppliers
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Displaying a deep knowledge and experience in Supplier Governance, Vendor Management, Third Party Risk Management, Information Technology, and/or Information Security
  • Proven track record in organizational change management and continuous improvement
  • Good leadership and communication skills to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
  • Good analytical as well as reporting skills, being able to tune the message to the audience
  • Team player and networker being able to align and collaborate in an efficient and constructive way
  • Proven ability to work within a highly agile and flexible environment
